Principles guide our positions.

Florida Principles PAC approaches public policy through its Mission, Vision, and Core Principles rather than through automatic loyalty to a party, candidate, or political faction. We evaluate issues by asking whether proposed policies protect freedom and human dignity, strengthen accountable and competent government, expand opportunity, responsibly steward public resources, strengthen communities, and serve the long-term interests of Floridians.

Our positions may evolve as facts, circumstances, and public policy change. Our underlying principles should not.

Economy, Opportunity & Affordability
Florida should remain a place where individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses have the opportunity to build, work, invest, and prosper.
We support responsible policies that encourage economic opportunity, entrepreneurship, workforce development, housing affordability, fiscal discipline, and responsible management of taxpayer resources.
Government should consider not only the intention behind economic policy, but its real-world consequences for families, workers, businesses, and future generations.

Education & Opportunity
Every Florida child deserves access to a high-quality education that prepares them for citizenship, employment, further education, and life.
We support educational excellence, accountability, parental engagement, effective teachers and schools, career and technical pathways, and opportunities that recognize that students have different needs and ambitions.
Education policy should put students and educational outcomes ahead of political institutions or ideological battles.

Public Safety & Justice
Floridians deserve safe communities and a justice system worthy of public trust.
We support effective law enforcement, respect for constitutional rights, professional and accountable public-safety institutions, fair administration of justice, and policies that protect communities while respecting individual dignity and due process.
Public safety and accountability should reinforce—not undermine—one another.

Government Accountability & Ethics
Public office is a public trust.
We support transparency, ethical conduct, responsible budgeting, meaningful oversight, appropriate disclosure of conflicts, protection against corruption and abuse of authority, and institutions capable of delivering public services competently.
Government should be judged not simply by what it promises, but by whether it performs responsibly and remains accountable to the people.

Freedom, Constitutional Rights & Religious Liberty
Freedom requires institutions willing to respect constitutional rights even when political disagreement is intense.
We support freedom of speech, religious freedom, freedom of conscience, due process, equal protection under law, and the constitutional liberties that allow Floridians with different views and beliefs to live together as equal citizens.
Rights should not depend upon which political party happens to hold power.

Strong Families & Communities
Strong communities are built by more than government.
Families, neighborhoods, faith communities, civic organizations, charities, volunteers, businesses, and local institutions all contribute to Florida’s social strength.
Public policy should respect and strengthen the ability of people and communities to solve problems, care for one another, and build stable opportunities for future generations.

Growth, Infrastructure & Florida’s Future
Florida’s continued growth requires long-term thinking.
We support responsible investment and planning for transportation, water, infrastructure, resilience, housing, and other needs created by a growing state.
Growth should expand opportunity without ignoring fiscal responsibility, quality of life, local communities, or the natural resources upon which Florida depends.

Informed Democracy & Civic Participation
Self-government works best when citizens can understand what government is doing.
We support accessible public information, transparent elections, civic education, informed voter participation, and tools that make government and political processes easier for ordinary Floridians to understand.
Political disagreement is inevitable. Deliberate misinformation and unnecessary civic confusion should not be.

Florida Principles PAC does not expect every candidate to agree with the organization on every policy question.

Candidate evaluation considers the whole record—including character, integrity, competence, public service, accountability, leadership, issue alignment, and fitness for the office being sought.

An endorsement represents an organizational judgment under the PAC's adopted endorsement process. PoliticalPedia's civic information and candidate research do not constitute endorsements.

Detailed PAC policy positions may continue to develop. Formally adopted positions will be identified clearly when published.
